jetzt wird wieder trainiert.... Nach meinem Partymarathon muss ich wieder ordentlich zum Trainieren anfangen. Doch woher nimmt man/frau die Motivation und ergreift die Initiative. Stimmt genau, ich brauche neue Kleidung zum Schwitzen - Shoppen ist ja doch die beste Motivation - und deswegen besuche ich mal den Top Body Shop (www.topbody.at) und schau was es tolles gibt. Damit man aber die berühmten Problemzonen gezielt wegtrainiert ist es besser, wenn ich mir da einen Fachmann an die Seite hole und hab da schon jemanden gefunden. Stefan von BC (www.bodyconsultants.at) weiß genau wie man richtig und gezielt trainiert und so kam ich im eurogym (www.eurogym.at) so richtig ins Schwitzen. Ich sage nur eins: Ich hoffe ich kann morgen gehen...
